At Melody Wave Design (MWD), we use a print-on-demand model, meaning every item is made just for you. This reduces waste and ensures high-quality production.

• Fulfillment & Processing Time: Orders are printed and processed within 2-7 business days before shipping.
• Shipping Location: Your order will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center to your location to ensure the fastest delivery. We work with global print partners, so shipping times may vary.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5-12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-20 business days

🚨 Please note: Since we use print-on-demand, items may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled from different locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order isn’t right, we’re here to help!

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mwd.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Exchanges: As items are custom-made, we unfortunately cannot offer size exchanges at this time. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins soon after.
